The Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurter Buchmesse), now being staged for the seventy-first time, is the largest international book fair for the trade in rights, and a momentous social and cultural event in itself.
Every October, in excess of 7,100 exhibitors from more than 100 countries make a beeline for the heart of Germany. Alongside them are hundreds of thousands of visitors, making this a truly unforgettable event.
The AES, in partnership with the institutions, provides organisational support to Sardinian publishers attending the event. In 2023, Italy will be the honorary country.
